After Savitar steals the speed from everyone in the Flash family, and puts Max in the hospital on the brink of death, Bart is having an off day at school. But when Savitar's henchmen come to finish Max off at the hospital, he finds a final bit of speed and gives it to Johnny Quick. It's just enough to finish the henchmen, and end up triggering the return of the family's speed.
